Your Event Package Pricing

You may choose one of the pricing packages below in determining your event design and budget. If the packages listed don’t meet your event needs, additional customization can be discussed. Please schedule a visit and consultation time to plan your special event with me.

Wedding Package

Venue can accommodate 120 people for a wedding at the price of $4,000 for venue rental from Noon to 10 p.m. on a Saturday.

The rental space consists of the following:

The “House” – Contains the bride and groom suites, ADA accessible restrooms, and a warming kitchen for your use.
The “Barn” – This building is designated for the indoor reception area. Amenities include:

Wooden cross-back chairs
12 60-inch round dining tables
10 8-foot rectangle tables
Sweetheart table
10 cocktail tables
Cake table
Three 12-foot glass garage doors
Chandeliers
Permanent custom Yeti bar
Bose 300 sound bar
Speaker with microphones
Decorative items (wood slices for centerpieces, large old fashioned milk cans, chalkboard easel)
Set up for all tables and chairs

The “Yard” – ·String lighting illuminates the area for games (corn hole, 4-in-row, etc.), cocktail hour or dancing under the stars on a beautiful night.
Ceremony Area – Designed as a mini-amphitheater, with a gorgeous stone retaining wall. A pergola is centered in front of the retaining wall with a beautiful pond, and luscious tree backdrop. Cedar wooden benches for guest seating.
Photo Rustic Backdrop
Bridal or engagement 2-hour photo session on property with your photographer.
On-site Manager
Parking Attendant

Corporate Package

This package addresses the needs of a corporate event.

If you are planning a meeting, team building retreat, holiday party, conference or other types of company events, please email or schedule a tour to discuss your specific requests and receive a custom quote. Event Package

This package incorporates most other adult events.

Saturday and Sunday are $400 an hour. A minimum of 4 hours.
Holidays are $500 an hour.
